These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between 97kr and every player who registers and uses the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. Your continued use of 97kr constitutes full acceptance of all terms set out below.

Registration on 97kr is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. This is verified through the mandatory KYC process using your CNIC. Underage accounts are suspended immediately and any deposited funds are returned per responsible gaming policy.
Each player may hold only one registered account on 97kr. Operating multiple accounts — including using a family member's details to open a second account — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
All promotional bonuses on 97kr are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and game contribution rates. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied. Full bonus terms are displayed at the point of opt-in and are accessible in your account dashboard at all times.
97kr processes withdrawals exclusively to payment methods verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests to unverified or third-party payment methods will not be processed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 97kr login credentials. 97kr will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your password or OTP codes. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the 97kr Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform and Services. Continued use of 97kr following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 97kr in relation to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to 97kr is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. 97kr will verify your age through the KYC process using your Pakistani CNIC. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment account per 97kr's responsible gaming procedures.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 97kr is lawful in your jurisdiction. 97kr makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available in any particular location. Players are responsible for ensuring their own legal compliance with local laws and regulations when accessing the Platform.
3.3 Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile phone number. Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and operate only one Account on 97kr. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. 97kr reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances where multiple account operation is identified.
3.5 KYC Verification. 97kr is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. You agree to promptly submit all documentation requested by 97kr for KYC purposes, including a copy of your valid CNIC (both sides), a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and any additional documentation 97kr may reasonably require. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 97kr may result in Account restriction.
3.6 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 97kr username and password. You agree to notify 97kr immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 97kr will not be liable for any losses, damages, or account compromise arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
4.1 Account Currency. All Account balances, transactions, wagers, and winnings on 97kr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 97kr does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any amounts displayed in alternative currencies for informational purposes are approximations only and the PKR amount prevails in all cases of discrepancy.
4.2 Account Dormancy. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as a dormant account. 97kr reserves the right to apply an administrative dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to the player at the registered email address prior to any deduction. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting 97kr customer support and completing identity verification.
4.3 Account Closure. Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting 97kr customer support. Closed accounts are not eligible for reopening. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements. Bonus Funds forfeit upon account closure.
4.4 Account Suspension. 97kr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, provision of false identity information, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of 97kr or its other players. During a suspension period, access to Account funds may be restricted pending investigation.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. 97kr currently accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. 97kr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your 97kr Account at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and 97kr will endeavour to notify players of any material changes via the Platform or registered email address.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification. 97kr processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative verified method has been approved by 97kr's payments team through the account verification process.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. 97kr aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within ten (10) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. These are target timeframes — 97kr does not guarantee processing within these windows in all circumstances.
5.5 Withdrawal Fees. 97kr does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal amounts. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — 97kr has no control over or liability for third-party fees applied by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank in connection with the processing of a withdrawal.
5.6 Responsible Gaming Restrictions. Players who have set deposit limits or are subject to cooling-off periods under 97kr's responsible gaming tools may find that certain deposit or withdrawal actions are temporarily restricted in accordance with those player-defined settings. These restrictions cannot be immediately reversed — see the Responsible Gaming section of these Terms for details.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 97kr are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion and accessible through the 97kr Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a player's 97kr Account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be met through eligible gameplay before any portion of the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms at the point of opt-in.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to bonus wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games, table games, and other specific categories may contribute at a lower percentage (or not at all) compared to slot games. The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are published in the promotion's full terms and conditions.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 97kr reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close associated accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using group play strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, placing bets that 97kr determines are not genuine gaming activity, or any other activity that 97kr reasonably determines is designed to extract value from promotional offers outside their intended purpose.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the player's Account without notice or compensation. Expired bonus funds are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
6.6 97kr Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 97kr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts in a manner that is materially detrimental to those players.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 97kr Platform is governed by its specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real money wagers. 97kr accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. 97kr reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice and without being obliged to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets placed by players whose accounts are under investigation, bets that exceed applicable table or stake limits, and bets placed during any system error or technical malfunction.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 97kr and are displayed within the respective game or market interface before wagering. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing bets.
7.4 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. In the event that incorrect odds, payouts, or game results are displayed due to a technical error, human error, or software malfunction, 97kr reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players' accounts. 97kr will not honour payouts resulting from manifest errors regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of wagering.
7.5 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets on 97kr are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and competition type, accessible through the Sports Betting Rules page of the Platform. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or incomplete settlement, the sport-specific rules shall determine the settlement treatment of all affected bets.
8.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or in connection with the 97kr Platform:
8.2 Any breach of the prohibited conduct provisions above constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling 97kr to immediately suspend and permanently close the relevant Account, forfeit all outstanding balances, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
9.1 All content on the 97kr Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and software, is the property of 97kr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 The 97kr name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of 97kr. Nothing in these Terms grants any player a licence to use any 97kr trademark, logo, or other proprietary mark for any purpose.
9.3 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any element of the Platform for commercial purposes.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 97kr, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
10.2 97kr does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, that the services will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.
10.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited with 97kr. 97kr accepts no responsibility for the outcomes of your wagering decisions or for losses resulting from gameplay, regardless of whether such losses arise in connection with any technical malfunction or platform issue that has been remedied.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 97kr's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11.1 97kr is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take active steps to prevent problem gambling and to support players who may be experiencing difficulty.
11.2 Player Protection Tools. 97kr provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your Account dashboard without requiring contact with customer support:
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who activate a permanent self-exclusion on 97kr agree that they will not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion through any means. 97kr will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players, including by checking registration details against its self-exclusion register at the point of new account creation.
11.4 Age Verification. 97kr maintains a strict 21+ age policy, verified through KYC documentation. 12.1 97kr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 You agree that 97kr may use your personal data, including your name, contact information, payment details, and Account activity data, for the purposes of providing and improving the Services, processing transactions, complying with regulatory and legal obligations, fraud prevention, and communicating with you about your Account and eligible promotions.
12.3 97kr will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with selected third parties — including payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities — solely as necessary to provide the Services or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
13.1 These Terms remain in force for as long as you maintain an active Account on 97kr. You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting customer support. 97kr may terminate your Account and these Terms immediately, without notice, where you have materially breached these Terms or where continued operation of your Account would expose 97kr to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
13.2 Upon termination of your Account by either party, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account — net of any amounts recoverable by 97kr in accordance with these Terms — will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all termination scenarios.
13.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply following Account closure.
14.1 97kr reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
14.2 Your continued use of the 97kr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
14.3 The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last update, is always accessible at 97kr.net/terms-conditions. We recommend that players review the Terms periodically for any changes.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 97kr's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute or complaint regarding your 97kr Account or the Services should be directed to 97kr customer support. 97kr aims to resolve all player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with 97kr customer support may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 97kr's licensing authority.
15.3 Language. These Terms have been prepared in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
